LifeOps

Privacy policy

Effective date: 13 September 2026

Scope

LifeOps is a private, single-user personal assistant integration. This policy covers its use of Google Gmail data. LifeOps is not offered to the public.

Data accessed

With the user's consent, LifeOps may access Gmail messages, message metadata, threads, labels, and mailbox-change notifications. It also stores the OAuth credentials needed to maintain that authorised access.

How data is used

Gmail data is used only to monitor and assist with the authorised mailbox according to the user's instructions. Content may be processed by the AI provider configured by the operator when needed to perform those instructions.

Sharing

Google account data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes. It is processed only by services needed to operate LifeOps, including Google and the infrastructure and AI providers selected by the operator.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and application data are stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator. Gmail content may remain in operational logs or assistant session history until the operator deletes it.

User control and deletion

The user can revoke LifeOps access at any time from Google Account permissions. The operator can also delete locally stored credentials, logs, and session data.
